Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to school administrators on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, transferring to a modernised HR system.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
