Principal Instructional Designer, Queensland Building and Construction Commission

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities   The aim of this role is to: Develop and embed regulatory professional and technical competency frameworks and learning pathways to equip the QBCC People with education programs to support and drive a high-performance Regulatory culture. Working with QBCC Regulatory Academy team to design, develop, edit, and publish high quality education program, physical and virtual learning materials, and tools to support QBCC regulatory teams. Delivering on Academy projects to create education solutions to address regulatory needs and align with QBCC vision and strategy. Administration, monitoring and supporting our learning management system. Devising and delivering usage reports for our learning management system. Implementation of multi-modal educational programs, focussing on blended learning, and digital learning formats. Researching and conducting needs analysis to identify gaps in program offers and regulatory staff capability and devise and deliver solutions to address these needs.
