This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm with a 1hr lunch break, paying $34.57 per hour. Please note that this is a short term position that is likely to run for around 8weeks, with a possibility of an extension. Duties will include; Greeting customers at the front desk Answering and triaging calls Taking notes and distributing them to the wider team Utilising computer systems to convert, upload, save and transfer files Maintaining positive relationships with the wider team Ad-hoc administrative tasks About the individual: Previous experience working in a fast-paced admin role Computer literate Able to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask If you have the relevant experience and this role interests you, click apply.
