About the Role:As a member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the growth strategy and continue delivering high quality projects efficiently. Your Responsibilities will Include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Leading and managing the performance of a team of staff, including recruitment, training and development (particularly of Project Managers). Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Maintaining the current positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged. Implement and advance business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives, particularly financial performance.
