Key Outcomes and Accountabilities The aim of this role is to: Develop and embed regulatory professional and technical competency frameworks and learning pathways to equip the QBCC People with education programs to support and drive a high-performance Regulatory culture. Apply customer centric approaches to designing and delivering training solutions and apply collaborative approaches to the scope of work within your unit and across the broader organisation. In conjunction with regulatory services, you will conduct needs analyses to identify the skills and knowledge requirements of team members and develop and implement strategies to meet these requirements in accordance utilising the “70:20:10” approach to learning and application of knowledge. You will apply your leadership and management skills to ensure best practices methods are embedded. Additionally utilising your experience in adult learning and instructional design to facilitate and support divisions to create and deliver technical educational programs.
