Inbound Sales
• Qualify leads, identify and raise opportunities (across different lead channels)
• Understand needs and context of the client and tailor sales process.
• Execute and adapt sales process.
• Ensure success of first event
• Consultancy, advisory, meeting design through calls, emails and personal meetings.
• Follow-up and close opportunities based on priorities.
• Orchestrate procurement requests of clients within Slido flow (legal review, security review, procurement documents, etc.)
• Support client’s queries and requests
• Effective transition to AMs and CSMs
• Generate leads from key events with key stakeholders/personas
• Collaborate with Sales team and other teams to deliver excellent customer experience cross lifecycle of the client (CS, CC, CX…)
Account Management
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, process client requests or escalations
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, incl. Complex bidding and RFP processes
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• In cooperation with CSM, develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Leverage data to identify new opportunities for upsell or license consolidation
• Proactively reach out to generate new business or company-wide deployment of Slido
