About the Role
The Dentist will be responsible for providing high quality dental, education and training services to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. A key aspect of this role is improving the Oral Health outcomes in our community. There are two full time positions available, one based at the Miami clinic, and one based at the Coomera clinic.
Position Duties
Performing comprehensive patient diagnosis, assessments and treatments
Ensure that dental care is in line with national ethical, legal and standards of Dental care
Utilise and enhance referral pathway to specialist and allied health services for clients as required
Assist in the development and implementation of oral health promotion and awareness activities
Assist with the collection, analysis and reporting of dental patient statistics
Providing quality education and instruction on diet and other aspects of dental care
Essential Selection Criteria
Current AHPRA Registration
Tertiary qualification in Dentistry from a recognised institution
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
Professional medical indemnity insurance
Current CPR & First Aid
Current C class drivers licence.
