02nd April, 2024 We are currently seeking an intelligent, technically minded and self-motivated individual to join our clients Wetherill Park FMCG site as a Warehouse Supervisor. Duties: Supervise the warehouse functions to ensure the delivery in full / on time all customer orders. Organise warehouse staff hours to meet customer expectations Ensure inventory is accurate in JDE Ensure all inbound items are to checked and processed correctly Ensure a safe and clean warehouse environment; and that all warehouse equipment is in safe operating condition. Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to by staff. Take responsibility for Pallet Control / Reconciliation Manage/Plan Local Transport requirements Provide strong leadership and general supervision to warehouse personnel, including training of staff as required. Maintain Daily Warehouse Operations. “Hands on” approach. Actively participate in being a part of a National Team through the sharing of work practices.
