Your New Company/Role: As one of the established and renowned child care and early learning industries, my client is looking for an Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team based in the Headquarters - due to remarkable growth. This is a permanent full time opportunity. This role is to administer the credit control responsibilities. About the Opportunity / Responsibilities: Reporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Corporate Reporting Manager, you must have exposure within the end to end credit control function: Collect Fees and Deposits for all Childcare Centres by preparing and processing weekly EFT files Ensure QK properly reflects the collection of fees Prepare EFT files (payment and refunds) to be authorized by the finance team Ensure all families have required connections with CCMS in place for correct reporting of vacancies and campus usage to the Government Monitor accounts to ensure families are in receipt of any Government payments for reduction of fees…
