We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Cost Controller to join the team at Gladstone, Fisherman’s Landing – our largest manufacturing site.  In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager in achieving day to day commercial goals, through providing accounting and administration support, precise data, and financial insights, with the opportunity to get stuck into enhancing the financial reporting and analysis processes. This will include spending time with various departments onsite to support budget development, improve tracking sheets, and streamline month end processes.   This role would suit an enthusiastic, proactive, and self-starting individual early in their accounting career, or a recent graduate eager to learn and grow (training & mentoring will be provided).
