The Role The Finance Manager reports to the State Managers and works closely with other key stakeholders of the Finance Leadership Team. This role's main responsibilities are to deliver reporting, strong financial analysis, and strategy while maintaining the organisation's financial health and long term goals. Responsibilities: Preparation of annual budgets and management reporting, including monthly reports and presenting financial performance data Provide variance analysis on actual financial performance against budgets.
