c. $130-150K plus STI Commercial real estate experience required Role requires modelling, vals & analytics capability Reporting into the Head of Commercial of this leading commercial property group, this is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre, ambitious candidate, with a passion for and experience in, the commercial property sector.You'll be responsible for the preparation and delivery of analysis for a portfolio of commercial assets. Specifically you'll undertake leasing deal analysis (NPV, cashflow forecasting, IRR), sensitivity, scenario & value impact analysis and valuations.You'll also take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and commercial business partnering for your portfolio of assets. This will include coordination of NOI & CAPEX reforecasting, strategic asset plans and associated modelling.You are a degree qualified Analyst, with approx 3-5 years' relevant experience in an analytical role in the commercial real estate sector - either in-house, agency-side or in an external advisory / consulting capacity (Big 4 etc).Your real estate experience has honed your…
