The opportunity Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximise profitability for both national and wholesale segments. Collaborate with General Manager of Merchandising to develop sales strategies, including promotional programs and tactical planning Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) in executing the product mix and offerings to meet current and future needs of consumers Build and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees and head office to ensure continuity and ongoing representation Understand category-specific landscapes and sales trends within the Foam category Report on variances impacting budgets and strategic direction of the account.
