Project Coordinator

In this role you will: Oversee project management administrative, bookkeeping tasks and procurement process. Manage invoices, purchase orders, inventory reports and other financial documents. Assess clients' needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. Assist project management in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, schedules, plans and scope statements. Coordinate allocation of project resources and assign tasks to team members. Liaise between the project team and project clients. Support managers in monitoring project progress and team members’ performance, provide updates to project stakeholders. About you: • Project management background. • Industry or technical knowledge in a related field would be advantageous. • An associate's degree or a certificate in project management would be advantageous or possess a suitable level of experience in this role (5 years).
