The Blue Mountains Visitor Information Centres are looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused individual; with experience in managing teams in retail, customer service and tourism. Must have high level retail and customer service, rostering, banking, and problem-solving experience, as well as good local knowledge of the Blue Mountains. This role is front facing and you will be required to problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Someone with great team leadership, and understanding of diversity and inclusion, and a team player is required for this role. The Team Leader Visitor Information Centres will be responsible for fostering and promoting the development of the Blue Mountains by providing information services to visitors, prospective visitors, members, businesses, and the local community.
