We are delighted to announce a range of exciting career opportunities for Aquaculture Technicians, catering to both entry-level and senior candidates. These positions are available within our Juvenile Production facilities situated in Griffith, NSW, with immediate start possibilities.
By becoming a member of our team, you will assume a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our expansive aquaculture farm. This presents a superb opportunity for individuals aspiring to advance their careers within a rapidly expanding enterprise.

We will assess candidate suitability based on the following key qualifications:
1. Prior experience in intensive aquaculture (preferred, though not mandatory).
2. Demonstrated organisational skills and professionalism.
3. Ability to accurately follow instructions and retain task-specific knowledge.
4. Aptitude for effective collaboration within a team and the capability to work independently on a diverse range of tasks.
5. Proficiency in the use of tools and providing support for on-site maintenance and construction.
6. A positive "can-do" attitude coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
7. Willingness to work weekends and extended hours during the hatchery season (offset by reduced hours during the off-season).
8. Possession of a valid driver's license.
9. Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Aquaculture (highly regarded).
10. ChemCert accreditation (highly regarded).
11. Forklift license (highly regarded).
