Governance and Reporting Officer, Transport and Main Roads

Our Governance and Reporting Officer also plays a role in support of the Strategy & Architecture Unit operational functions. Some of your responsibilities will include:• Provision of secretariat services for ITB's Solution Advisory Group (SAG) and ICT Architecture Board, including liaising with key stakeholders in relation to the preparation of Group and Board papers and the coordination and management of Group and Board meetings and minutes.• Coordination of the department's response for formal review and feedback of Queensland Government Chief Information Office (QGCIO) consultation papers.• Administration of the Miro and Promapp software licenses for TMR. Reconcile and coordinate quarterly invoice payments, extensions/variations paperwork and maintain appropriate records.• Coordinate and liaise with Gartner for research articles and analyst meetings to support the Strategy & Architecture Unit.
