Principal Integration Officer, Queensland Health

The role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team. The successful candidate will ensure the development and maintenance of enterprise systems by providing customer focused and high-level specialist advice and support. Key responsibilities include: Manage and develop the design, planning and implementation of technical solutions utilising HL7 interfaces, ensuring alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks. Specifies and designs complex integration systems and recommends appropriate design standards, methods, and tools, consistent with contemporary enterprise and solution architectures and ensures effective application. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of technical specialism particularly HL7 and provides expert advice regarding their application. Manage the development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level. Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.
