Due to growing demand our client is seeking Diesel Motor mechanic - (Mobile Plant ) to join there hard working and dedicated team.As a Diesel Motor mechanic - (Mobile Plant )4 Days on -4 Days off (40-45 Hrs per week)Your role would include and not be limited to the following duties: Diagnosing, repairing, fitting and overhauling diesel engines and plant equipment. Maintaining, diagnosing, repairing and fitting hydraulic components of diesel–powered attachments such as pumps and injectors. Dismantling, repairing and reassembling engines, transmissions, steering columns and other components. Using oxy, electric, TIG and MIG welding techniques to fit, replace, assemble and repair metal parts including fabrication of parts, machinery and other equipment. Diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicle fuel injections systems. Testing repaired parts for proper performance. Testing and repairing basic electrical circuits. Using computers and specialised tools to diagnose and repair faults. Inspecting vehicles and machinery for faults. Following workplace Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) protocols.…
