We’re seeking a skilled and safety conscious Forklift Operator / Yardperson to join Austral Masonry at our Gympie site in QLD. Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, you will be responsible for making up product orders, loading interstate heavy vehicles and local customer vehicles. This role also takes an active part in maintaining the yard and stock layout and will be involved in monthly stocktakes. Duties include but are not limited to: • Make up orders for interstate transfers and local customer deliveries as required with a high level of accuracy. • Assist with monthly stocktakes and subsequent yard recounts for stock reconciliation. • Skillfully operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles. • Assist with the effective management of the yard with product stored appropriately and kept in a clean and tidy condition. • Ensure proper wrapping and labelling of products. • Maintain forklifts in accordance with the SOP’s, ensuring daily checks are undertaken and the equipment…
