About the role Based at the MinRes owned and Operated Wodgina Lithium site the Excavator specialist will ensure a level of compliance to all aspects of company policy/ procedures and work management practices; to provide leadership and direction to respective Asset Management teams to help achieve optimal fleet performance and safety across the excavator and drill fleets. You will be working an 8:6 roster (day shift only) reporting directly to the site-based Maintenance Manager and working back to back with the drill specialist.
