Level 5:Managing a high volume of refurbishment projectsGeneral skillsets we are seeking include some level of project management or project administration, ability to manage the delivery of a high volume of work, strong organisation skills to enable them to manage multiple projects parallel to one another, and well-developed communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.Preference would be given to someone who has a background in the building/housing industry, and anyone who has works procurement knowledge will be a bonus.Level 3 - 4:Project support / Administration officers who provide the support services for the Project Officers, around project documentation setup, preparing administrative functions for the project in our project management software system, and other tasks of an administrative nature.
