Sales Administrator

Main Responsibilities: Responding to email enquiries and phone calls, liaising with customers Creating sales quotations, converting quotes to orders and invoicing via Ostendo. Sourcing and ordering items to fulfill orders Processing sales and rental orders, including access to ERP systems. Managing rental quotations and orders with controlled procedures for return items. Sending certification and preparing paperwork for shipping to customers, including booking via freight companies Management of CRM database Tracking and accurate recording of sales documentation. Meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads with minimum supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work Compliance to and awareness of Health & Safety regulations and requirements Being proactive in finding solutions to problems and identifying areas for improving processes Other operational activities as and when required The ideal candidate: Medium level of computer literacy Ability to work autonomously and in a team Good time management and work to deadlines Reliability and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills If…
