Project Officer, Adult Formation

26th March, 2024 This position sits within the Archdiocesan Agency, Evangelisation Brisbane. Evangelisation Brisbane draws strongly from Pope Francis' encyclical, Evangelii Gaudium (The Joy of the Gospel) and exists to work with, inspire and empower parishes and communities to encounter Jesus and live the joy of the Gospel.  The heart of the mission of the Adult Formation Team is to provide adults from all walks of life the opportunity to experience a transformational encounter with Jesus Christ. This role participates in the delivery of four primary outcomes. Firstly, to develop and implement an ongoing outreach to those who have yet to encounter Jesus Christ. Secondly, to provide evangelisation formation through the delivery of events, programs and resources. Thirdly, to develop and teach an integrated faith formation  program to address the needs of parishes, communities, ministry groups and individuals that is accessible, affordable, engaging and inclusive.
