We're seeking a driven Marketing & Admin Assistant for one of Canberra's leading Development Groups! Your new role
As the Marketing Administration Assistant, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications and provide essential support to both the Head of Marketing and Communications and the broader marketing team.
Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not limited to, the following tasks;
Administrative Support: Assist the Head of Marketing & Communication with travel arrangements, diary management, invoice coding, and credit card reconciliation.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
Digital Management: Maintain and update digital planning boards and handle monthly reporting for the marketing department.
Corporate Material Maintenance: Manage corporate materials such as on-hold messages, internal staff digital noticeboards, stationery, and branded materials.
Marketing Material Coordination: Coordinate schedules for various marketing materials, including signage, print, digital advertising, radio, and press.
Effective Communication: Respond to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media, ensuring timely internal communication across company functions.
Additionally, you may occasionally assist with ad-hoc tasks and attend after-hours events as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
In this collaborative role, attention to detail, strong writing skills, stakeholder relationship-building abilities, and a proactive, helpful attitude are key attributes.
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills: You'll be communicating with customers, the public, and tenants to build strong relationships across the Airport Group - both internally and externally.
Team Player: Demonstrate teamwork skills within the Canberra Airport team and other entities of the Group. Show equal respect to colleagues and foster positive internal and external relationships.
Delivery of Service: Ensure high-quality and responsive service delivery to the public, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Regular feedback to stakeholders ensures excellence.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care.
Organisational and Time Management Skills: Efficiently complete administration tasks, including coding invoices and filing, to maintain accurate financial records.
