Job Description Your new opportunity: As a Service Administration Supervisor, you'll play a central role in ensuring the seamless back-end administration for all customers internal and external. You'll guide and supervise our team to collaborate with various teams and departments to deliver exceptional service to our clients and maximise customer satisfaction. In this role you will: Ensure that work in progress is reduced to minimum levels by supervising and guiding your team. Ensure daily cash sales and accounts are correctly reconciled. Work closely with the warranty administration team to ensure all warranty jobs are processed within time protocols, minimal errors and updates are provided. Attend meetings and contribute to continual process improvement. About you: Have 5 years of administrative experience with great computer skills. Automotive warranty experience Experience within a customer service environment Sound understanding of Automotive Dealership Service Environment Some supervisory experience would be great, but we're happy to work with the right person.…
