The right candidate will be responsible for:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.
Operate machinery and equipment proficiently, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Supervise and coordinate a team of machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient production processes.
Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee the completion of assignments to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ensure that machine operations are executed accurately and according to established standards.
Monitor and evaluate production records and reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as Machinery Supervisor;
Proactive and supportive leadership approach when working with a team;
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
Strong organisational and Managerial skills;
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities;
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations;
