The right candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating employees;
Supervising and planning essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
Calculating and comparing costs for required facilities management services;
Keeping accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities, and expenditures. Generating reports as needed to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making processes;
Supervise change to ensure minimal disruption to a company’s business activities;
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation;
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency;
Assisting service level agreements;
Being the first point of contact to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise;
Serving as the go-to person for management referrals;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as Facility Supervisor;
Proactive and supportive leadership approach when working with a team;
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
Strong organisational and Managerial skills;
Excellent presentation and ability to remain calm in all the situations;
