Job Description

Are you excellent at planning and organising? Do you have the ability to work well under pressure?  If you have previous administrative experience, worked with CRM systems or have content creation and planning experience this could be the role for you. CPM are looking for a Temporary Content Administrator to join the Samsung DA Training Team for a 3 month contract, looking to start on the 29th April 2024.

Home based, this is a full time role working 37.5 hrs pw; Monday – Friday. Salary up to £30K depending on experience.

Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX3

Although our office is based in Thame this role is home based

 What will you be doing as our Content Administrator?

Working as a proactive member of the consumer electronics team, the Content Administrator will work closely with the Content Manager and the Content Creator to provide support in the setup & launch of the new Samsung DA Learning Management System platform. 

 The main responsibilities in our Administrator role:

  •  Reporting to the Training Content Manager on day-to-day basis and working closely with the Content Creator
  • Provide administrative support to the Content Team in the creation & set up of the new platform
  • Timeline management for deliverables
  • To be considered a professional within the field & have the desire to add value
  • Operate with the set guidelines of the role and best practices of CPM & Samsung

Our Administrator role will include:

  •  On-going meetings with Line Manager to demonstrate progress and discuss ideas
  • Weekly meeting with key stakeholders of the project
  • Operating within the set guidelines of the role ensuring best in class delivery
  • Previous administrational experience use of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook
  • Experience of using Adobe Suite/ SCORM software preferred 

 Role Details:

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
  • 22 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
