Job Description

CPM is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Asda Media team. This role is based home based, working 16 hours across Monday – Thursday (4 hours per day between 9am-5.30pm). £13.50 per hour plus benefits! 

Ideal location: Birmingham United Kingdom, B1 

This role is home based but you may be required to do store visits/audits in the local area. 

Working as part of a wider UK Compliance team, the Support Administrator is responsible for providing support with general administration tasks across Asda Media and Asda Sampling. Administration tasks that will require knowledge of Microsoft application such as Excel, Teams, Word and PowerPoint, confident with other digital platforms such as Salesforce, and email / telephone support. 

The role will involve: 

  • Creation and maintenance of weekly live reporting and data entry using Microsoft applications such excel, teams, word PowerPoint. 
  • Support the onboarding of new colleagues by implementing and maintaining the administrative tasks associated with this. 
  • Conduct online audits and photo checks and support with the maintenance of risk assessment when requested by line manager. 
  • To communicate effectively with Compliance Manager, Field Management and colleagues ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained.  

Ideal candidate will:  

  • Have previous administration experience. 
  • Have worked in a grocery environment previously. 
  • Be well organised and possessing time management skills are key to this type of position. 
  • Be confident with technology, including and not limited to using a laptop, smart phone and applications such as Microsoft (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and other digital platforms such as Salesforce. 
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to meet requirements associated with contact with both CPM internal stakeholders and client relationships. 
  • Have problem-solving skills with an innovative approach, often under pressurised circumstances. 
  • Be a self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.  

Key Information:   

  • £13.50 per hour PAYE  
  • This is a permanent part time role working 16 hours Monday – Thursday (your hours will be agreed with your Line Manage(4 hours per day) 
  • Hours to be worked between the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm 
  • You will be required to work from home  
  • We will provide you with a company laptop and mobile phone.
