Our consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business.
We are now looking to hire a superstar TA Lead for our growing team where you will be deployed onsite with one of our clients.
Some of what you'll be doing:
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, utilising database searching, online search techniques, meet-ups, events, and referrals, as well as creatively identifying new channels to attract top talent.
- Foster a positive and engaged team of hiring managers, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business, its culture, and strategic objectives.
- Provide constructive guidance and influence to hiring managers and HR, enhancing recruitment processes and selection techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment best practices, utilising this knowledge to advise HR and the business, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
