We have up to 20 positions available for harvest workers on berry farms in Coffs Harbour region, NSW.
Work is expected to start at various times starting from late April 2024 and is expected to go for 4 years.
You will be paid as a Level 1, Full time Employee under the Horticultural Award 2020 (MA000028). Hourly or Piece Rates may apply.
There may be an opportunity to undertake training and upskilling in this role, which can allow your remuneration to increase as per the levels in Horticulture Award 2020.
The position is for a harvest worker on a berry farms and will include but not limited to tasks such as general farm labour, picking, packing and pruning.
This position requires the availability for shift work over a 7-day roster.
Minimum of 38 hours a week, 6am - 4pm though at times this may change due to the seasonal needs of the business.
Please note that random drug & alcohol testing may be conducted.

• Good hand-eye co-ordination
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work continuously at a high level of concentration
