25th March, 2024 AAMG is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join the Team supporting the various departments, based in Hendra. About the Role Managing mobilisation/onboarding of employees prior to attending site Compiling and auditing new employee documentation for compliance Maintain rosters/flights/vehicles/PPE Booking medicals and training as per AAMG/Client requirements Recruitment administration support including reference checks, resumes, document verification for compliance. Maintain regular communication with employees and stie teams Assisting with general recruitment and administration duties General administration duties to assist the business with any ADHOC requirements Requirements Experience within a similar role (mobilisation or officer all-rounder) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and last-minute changes. Have an organised and problem solver personality! Strong computer skills, outlook, excel. Positive, driven, team orientated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
