Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle contracts, preparation, negotiation, and execution.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, while mitigating risks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify contract requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of supplier bids and proposals.
Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing materials and subcontractors.
Administer and maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
Monitor project progress and coordinate change orders as required.
Assist in the resolution of contract disputes or claims.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry.
Solid knowledge of construction contracts, legal principles, and industry regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract administration.
Bachelor of Construction Management or similar qualification
3 - 6 years commercial construction experience
Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex and similar construction software
