Based in Geelong Victoria, Thornton Engineering is seeking to recruit experienced and qualified Welders / Metal Fabricators at their location in Corio VIC.
The successful applicants will :

- Strong attention to detail
This role will include but not limited to:
- Heavy wall pipe fabrication
- Plate fabrication
- Structural steel fabrication
- Preparation, cutting, welding, grinding, drilling
Skills & Attributes:
- Cert III in Engineering Fabrication or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience as a welder or related trade
- Ability to read and interpret drawings to a high standard
- Safety first attitude
- Carbon and stainless steel experience essential
- Proficiency in MIG, TIC and Arc welding
Salary range is $70,000 - $100,000pa commensurate with experience
