Job Description

CPM is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Field Support Coordinator within our Asda team. This is a permanent part-time role, requiring 11 hours of work split across Thursday (6am – 12pm) and Friday morning (6am – 11am). The responsibilities include offering telephone or video call assistance to colleagues during their Media visits in-store and completing online audits and data analysis to drive improvements. £14.50 per hour, accompanied by a range of benefits!  

Ideal location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH1 

This role is home based, but you will need to travel to local stores to conduct audits/store visits.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Be on point during agreed working hours, to provide telephone or video support to colleagues in the field with general support queries around media implementation. 
  • Audit store or colleague performance through online virtual audits or data analysis. 
  • Ensure the delivery of online virtual audits in line with the targets set. 
  • Communicates audit findings by completing a final survey report, discussing findings with Compliance Manager and Field Management Team. 
  • To keep fully up to date on client businesses, objectives and marketplace, to enable business focused discussion and proposal of proactive solutions.  

Skills and knowledge needed for this role:  

  • Effective organisation and adept time management skills are essential for success in this role. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to fulfil the demands of interacting with both CPM internal stakeholders and clients effectively.  
  • Proficiency with technology, encompassing various devices such as phones, iPads, laptops, and computer/phone applications, is indispensable for this position.  
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities coupled with an innovative mindset, particularly in high-pressure situations, will guarantee smooth operations at the store, with assistance from colleagues, in-store contacts, and office support. 
  • Being a self-starter with a positive disposition is essential  

Ideally the successful candidate will have:  

  • Compliance / Auditor experience  
  • Supervisory experience would be an advantage. 
  • Worked in a grocery environment would be an advantage.  

Key Information: 

  • £14.50 per hour PAYE 
  • This is a permanent part time role working 8 hours, to be worked over 2 days. 
  • Thursday: 6:00am - 12:00pm and Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am 
  • You will be required to work from home 
  • We will provide you with a company laptop and mobile phone.
