Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the repair and maintenance of an extensive range of farming equipment, machinery and vehicles.Mechanics'  Trades Assistants assist Motor Mechanics to replace and repair worn and defective parts, re-assemble mechanical components, change oil and filters, and perform other routine mechanical tasks. Working on farm machinery and equipment, and other tasks as required.  A Trades Assistant is an important member of a team who provides what tradespeople need in terms of equipment, tools and labouring support.
