About the role: The EL1/EL2 Offshore Wind Specialist role focuses on the licensing of offshore renewables projects and transmission infrastructure in Commonwealth waters. It is responsible for providing advice and recommendations on licence applications to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, and also administers the licensing scheme including monitoring licence compliance and maintaining a register of licences.
