This position will ensure that new customers coming into the business meet the appropriate standards and requirements of Coliban Water. A snapshot of your day As our Connections Officer, you’ll be accountable for: Responding to enquiries by customers and the Development community and provide advice regarding specific development and connections issues Building and maintaining relationships with the Development community and other stakeholders including builders, designers and plumbers Undertaking inspections of recycled water connection Ensuring all Consent to Connect applications are processed in a timely manner and that the connection is undertaken in accordance with relevant standards.
