Afternoon Shift Production Supervisor

About the role An opportunity to join our Revesby branch as an Afternoon Shift Supervisor! The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the safety and day to day manufacturing and logistics of the shift. You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes.   Hours of work will be 2:00PM - 10:30PM Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:   Managing a team of Operators and Trade Staff Communicate safety related information to team members  Ensuring all WHS management system requirements are met and safety standards are maintained Leading and managing the shift to ensure the production and output KPIs are met  Allocating appropriate manning and ensuring employees are trained, fit, qualified and competent to effectively run operations About your experience You are an experienced leader with a background in manufacturing or associated heavy industry.  You will…
