An independent public accounting firm are looking for an accountant to join them on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role that will service a great client base consisting of SME, Not for Profit and medical professionals.
Your new role
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of financial activities and will provide personal and tailored support to the firm's clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements, tax plans and tax returns.
Providing high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services to clients.
Providing insights into business performance with the support of detailed financial analysis.
Managing client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience working in Australian public practice accounting firms.
Working towards CA qualification.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Experience with managing/training junior staff
Previous experience using Excel or other relevant programs.
