Production + Project Management at Amplify
We’re a small and hugely talented team with a passion for creative and executional excellence, and an enviable client base to manage.
Within the production team, as a client facing Producer / Senior Producer, your remit will cover classic production management and planning, alongside account handling and client management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the agency’s creative and production output is executed to the highest possible standard.
Your responsibility will cover the day-to-day development; preparation and management of campaigns and one off events and experiences, ensuring the agreed scope of work is delivered on brief, on time and within budget. You’ll liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients alike, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept abreast of the project status, key developments and requirements through every stage, from concept ideation through to final execution.
Within the team we have five levels of seniority, beginning at production coordinator, before advancing to associate producer, producer, senior producer and executive producer. Working as part of a cross departmental team you will be assigned to multiple projects dependent on scale and your personal level, and will be expected to manage others where appropriate.
The Role:
Planning and Development
Feeding into pitches and briefs, scoping and exploring potential outputs
Evaluating and exploring an idea / sense checking the feasibility to execute
Liaising with the creative department to develop ideas and bring them to life in reality
Sourcing and briefing relevant suppliers to sense check production feasibility and collate quotes
Building budget estimates with the wider team to achieve set targets and profit margins
Building timelines / workback plans
Presenting ideas and solutions to client alongside cross departmental team members
Project Management
Work on agreed number of projects dependent on scale at any one time
Set up projects with kick off meetings with defined team to evaluate next steps
Brief and collaborate with creative teams and external suppliers as required
Develop the final scope of work with Business Directors / set final budgets
Manage budget through to project completion, maintaining/exceeding set financial targets, adhering to company policy and practice
Accurately record time spent on individual projects and submit within timesheet system
Be proactive in actively managing up and down (where relevant) to ensure all requirements are delivered to time and within budget
Brief finance and legal team on requirements / cash flow / payment plans
Update and manage project timelines / workback plans for internal and external use
Manage tender process / negotiate contracts / SLA with approved suppliers
Maintain ongoing client communications including (but not limited to) status/contact reports, production plans, visuals and budget updates
Create and maintain required key project tools such as print or content matrices, production schedule, rehearsal schedule, run of show etc
Manage production process from concept through to delivery, across all areas including (but not limited to) technical, set build, print, styling, logistics, content and staffing etc
Develop event flow
Management of travel and accommodation requirements for team members and clients (as required)
Manage all Health and Safety / Insurance / Security / Permits and Licence requirements relevant to agreed production and SOW
Project Wrap
Reconcile project budgets, ensuring margins and set targets have been achieved
Ensure both internal teams and clients have been provided with all requested assets, such as film, photography, testimonials etc
Clean up document filing system and maintain any client specific legal requirements / data compliance
Develop, write, feed into and attend internal and external project debriefs
Evaluate junior support post project as part of the always on Amplify appraisal process

Optimising the production – open minded, consistently exploring and courting production partners and solutions
Communication - impeccable written and verbal communications skills, delivered in a timely manner and with empathy
Commerciality – be adept at building and managing budgets, protecting and building margins and keeping time scoping on track
