CROSSMARK are on the lookout for fresh new talent to join their dynamic team supporting one of Australia’s most loved everyday brands, Optus & amaysim!

 

Job description

·        Competitive hourly rate $30.54 + kms + superannuation

·        Autonomous, flexible, work life balance

·        Casual, Monday to Friday shifts, 15-20 hours per week

·        Work is allocated 2 weeks in advance for easy forward planning

 

The role

Enjoy building relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, building displays and merchandising a wide variety of Optus & amaysim products within a variety of retail stores. This is an exciting time to join our growing business as we continue to build new partnerships, creating more opportunities for our teams.

About you

·        Confident, approachable, and friendly personality with the ability to engage and build strong relationships

 

Responsibilities will include:

·        Creating, building and maintaining quality point of sale displays and planograms in store

·        Talking to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products for leading brands

·        Achievement of targets within Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory

·        Managing your territory of retail stores and reporting tasks with good quality photos daily via our StoreTrack app

Successful candidate requirements:

·        Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience preferred but not essential

·        Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

·        An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

·        Must be available Wednesday and Thursday (as a minimum)

·        Full Australian Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle a must
