Your new role As the Site Supervisor, you will utilise your extensive knowledge & experience of earthmoving & roads construction to effectively lead the team for a soon-to-start project in Jandowae. You will be responsible for the delivery of both client and business set expectations around project outcomes, time efficiency, quality control & safe work practices. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a depth of recent and relevant experience in all manner of civil construction - primarily earthmoving & roads. You will be self-motivated and able to work independently, providing support to the project leads whilst demonstrating a high level of effective communication with customers, stakeholders & the project team. What you'll get in return Our client is offering a very competitive salary for Site Supervisors starting from $150,000+Super. A working-away-from-home allowance is paid daily, as well as allowances for meals - with all travel & accomodation paid for. If direct permanent is not suitable to your situation, our client is very open to exploring all options, including contractual arrangements for the length of the project or temporary assignments.
