We are currently seeking a full-time Facilities Assistant/ Administrator to join our friendly and successful team. This position will be responsible for handling the Maintenance & Facilities requirements for Oaks WRAP on Southbank, as well as at surrounding Oaks properties in Melbourne.
About the role:
- Scheduling general repairs and maintenance as required at multiple properties;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules
- Ensure WHS best practice at all times
- Administration duties as required
