We are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living in the Sutherland Shire region and would welcome an early career or experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community.

- Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention
- We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning

On a daily basis you will be:
- Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
- Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
