Skillinvest on behalf of GWMWater, an exciting opportunity exists for a Trainee to join their Service Delivery team in Donald. This is an entry level position and the successful applicant will complete a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations. Duties Include:
Liaise with customers, GWMWater employees and other service providers in relation to service requests, system faults and customer complaints
Operate and maintain water and wastewater systems and assets
Engage contractors for assistance with faults or works when required
Identify and assist in the solution to any communication and workflow problems observed
Gaining qualifications and licenses by completing the required training for the role
This position is an excellent opportunity, and ideally the successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
