Your new role You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls/enquiries and transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity (via calls predominantly, emails, live chat). You will also be identifying opportunities to assist customers with the Bank's range of products and services, and liaise with internal teams to provide solutions. You will provide support to customers within the Personal Banking space, handling customer enquiries regarding;
Opening accounts
Internet banking
Debit or credit cards
Payments/transfers
Fraud
Foreign exchange
Insurance
What you'll need to succeed
Proven recent customer service experience
Proven experience working in a fast-paced role
Strong communication / interpersonal & computer skills
Experience in roles such as contact centre, retail, banking, reception, hospitality is highly desirable.
