Overview Join our team based at System Control in East Arm as an Afterhours Customer Service Officer, working 22.5 hours per week on a 4-day rotating roster. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support during the after-hours period from 4 pm to 10 pm. This role entails addressing inquiries related to billing, connections, accounts, and general queries via email, phone, and webchat. Additionally, you will be engaged in some administrative tasks.
