Reporting to CCH COO, the HSEQ Manager - CCH is responsible for performing the delivery of integrated HSEQ management systems and processes within the CCH business segment to build a mature safety culture, influencing positive safety behaviours to prevent harm and achieve organisational objectives. The HSEQ Manager is fundamental in assisting the CCH leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the HSEQ performance of CCH. The role is responsible for performing the delivery of diverse and contemporary health, safety environment and quality approaches and practices within the civil construction and hire arm of the business. Key responsibilities: Lead the HSEQ function within the CCH business segment to ensure HSEQ management systems and practices meet legislative requirements, ISO accreditation and align to industry best practice. Implementation of HSEQ systems in CCH in accordance with MGH corporate objectives.
